1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of egvisas.com (the "Website") and the Egypt eVisa application assistance service ("Service") provided by Travel Rox, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. About our service

egvisas.com is a commercial visa assistance service that helps eligible travelers apply for an Egypt Electronic Visa (eVisa). We are not affiliated with the Government of Egypt or any Egyptian government department. We are operated by Travel Rox, Inc., a New York corporation. The official Egyptian eVisa portal is https://visa2egypt.gov.eg, and you may apply directly there without using our service.

3. Eligibility to use our service

To use our Service, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older (parents and guardians may apply on behalf of minor children).

• Hold a passport from one of the 76 nationalities eligible for the Egypt eVisa.

• Have a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned arrival date in Egypt.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• Not be subject to any restriction that would prevent you from receiving an Egyptian visa.

4. Services provided

For each successful application, we provide:

• Document review by an experienced visa specialist

• Photo reformatting to Egyptian 4 x 6 cm specifications

• Error checking and correction of common application mistakes

• Submission of your application to the Egyptian eVisa portal

• Application status tracking

• Delivery of the approved eVisa by email

• Customer support by email and WhatsApp

5. Fees and payment

Our pricing covers the Egyptian government visa fee plus our service fee. The total displayed at checkout is the final amount payable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at the time of submission. We do not offer payment plans or deferred billing.

6. Cancellation and refund policy

Our full cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. In brief: pre-processing cancellations receive a full refund; after submission, only the egvisas.com service fee is refundable (the government fee is non-refundable once submitted); approved visas are non-refundable.

7. User obligations and responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application.

• Submit only documents that genuinely belong to you and that you have the right to use.

• Review the application details before final submission.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your travel to Egypt.

• Not use our Service for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purpose.

• Respect the validity window and maximum stay duration of your eVisa.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your application. Providing false or misleading information may result in visa rejection, legal consequences in Egypt or your home country, or being barred from future entry to Egypt.

8. No guarantee of visa approval

Visa decisions are made solely by the Egyptian immigration authorities. We cannot and do not guarantee approval. Factors beyond our control, including travel history, nationality-specific considerations, security review, and any criteria the Egyptian government chooses to apply, may affect the outcome of your application. We disclaim all liability for visa refusal, delay, or revocation, and for any denial of entry at an Egyptian port of arrival.

9. Processing times

We offer three processing speeds: Standard (8 business days), Priority (5 business days), and Express (3 business days). These timelines are estimates based on typical Egyptian government processing. They are not guarantees. Government processing speed can vary based on factors outside our control. If your application takes longer than the quoted window, we will keep you updated and will refund the difference between processing tier prices if the actual time exceeds the next slower tier.

10. Intellectual property

All content on egvisas.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, design elements, and the egvisas.com name and brand, is the property of Travel Rox, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy and data protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your data as described there, including the transfer of your application details to the Egyptian eVisa portal.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Rox, Inc. and egvisas.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, travel costs, missed flights, accommodation expenses, denial of entry, or any other losses arising from or in connection with the use of our Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our Service shall not exceed the amount of the service fee paid by you for the specific application in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travel Rox, Inc., egvisas.com, and our employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Service, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Third-party services and links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control these and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms.

15. Service availability

We aim to make our Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend the Service for scheduled maintenance, security incidents, or events beyond our control without prior notice.

16. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, pandemics, internet outages, or actions taken by the Egyptian government affecting the eVisa portal.

17. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent website notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, attempt to defraud or abuse our Service, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued before termination.

19. Dispute resolution

Before initiating any formal proceeding, we encourage you to contact us at inq@egvisas.com to resolve any dispute informally. Most issues can be addressed quickly this way.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in New York County, New York, in English. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

22. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Travel Rox, Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

23. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Travel Rox, Inc. Failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
