If your passport is not among the 76 eligible nationalities, you cannot apply for the Egypt eVisa. You may still be eligible for a visa-on-arrival (a separate, broader product) or a regular embassy visa. Check with your nearest Egyptian embassy or consulate. Egypt's visa-on-arrival scheme covers 180+ nationalities and is different from the eVisa.
